In connection with the expansion, the company invites a Customer Support Agent with knowledge of spoken English to join the team.
What you need to know/be able to:
speak English fluently;
be able to control emotions when working with different types of clients;
to be ready for constant learning of new information;
it is possible without work experience, but with good spoken English;
we will teach you how to work with CRM. It’s very simple;
Will be a plus:
Experience working in a call center;
What you will do:
answer customer questions;
provide background \ brief information to the client, working conditions and promotions of the company, specify when the client can come;
work with the CRM system;
NO cold calling;
WITHOUT sales;
